The cost of flexibility

Flexible is good. People associate flexibility with agility but it is not quite the same.


Being agile means having the ability to move quickly and easily to respond to external changes and threats when necessary. Being flexible is a benefit but being too flexible can result in a loss of standards or compromise of quality. Stay flexible to be agile but knowing where to draw the line is important.
